Tony Wells is the Chief Marketing & Customer Officer at ADT Security Services.

Prior, he was the, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for 24 Hour Fitness. Wells joined 24 Hour Fitness in 2007, and was responsible for all marketing and online communications, brand management and member services for the company which is headquartered in the San Francisco bay area.

Prior to joining 24 Hour Fitness, Wells served as vice president of client services for VISA USA, Inc. In this role he was directly responsible for the global relationship management for both HSBC and USAA Banks. Wells first joined Visa USA as vice president of partnership marketing where he oversaw
daily operations and management of Visa s sponsorship, event and alliance efforts. Wells also heads 24 Hour Fitness with previous work experience with General Motors R*Works, SFX Sports Group, a division of Clear Channel, Mills Corp., and Nissan North America, Inc.

A native of Washington, D.C., and a former Marine officer, Wells received a bachelor s degree from the United States Naval Academy and a management certificate from Johns Hopkins University. During his career he has served on the national board of directors for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Make-A-Wish-Friends Mid-Atlantic, and his alma mater Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.
