	OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS: * I understand that NSMN offers events at no charge to members. I also understand that I may be charged a $25 non-cancellation fee if I don't cancel any reservations I can't keep online by the deadline posted on the website.. I authorize NSMN to use this credit card if I incur any non-cancellation fees under the terms of my NSMN membership.

	AUTOMATIC PAYMENT: (optional) I would like to register for NSMN's Automatic Renewal Program.
